I like that idea too, Aaron. Well, in theory. Until they crash into some innocent person. Cagary's is more sound in action... Bait cars with cameras!

Police can shut them down anytime they want. If it starts getting dangerous, they slow them down, lock doors and shut them off. It's funny watching the "perps" try to escape!
