Its better then the mainland...I love mini golf too. Maybe a mini golf course/ firing range with large umbrellas over the whole thing for the rain.

I've often thought about what a Hawaiian style miniature golf course could be like. What we called putt-putt golf when I was a kid. Instead of a windmill you could have a simulated lava flow, rainbows, water features with waves, waterfalls, lava rocks to go around and so on.

It is the sort of fun family activity that might also get tourists and students, plus those sorts of places make their real profit on concessions.
