Does anyone know if they have a license for that gun? We need to check and make sure they do, they need to follow the rules. This might be a good time for the HPD to use their Lenco Bearcat to patrol the streets of HPP. Im sure they could pull over speeders too. Call 911 and ask them to send the Thunder.

I heard them too. I am on A road by Pilikai. Sounded like on Beach Rd to me. Also heard a motorcycle speed away soon after. Don't know what cops could do. They were long gone in minutes.
