I interviewed in Hilo wearing wool bought in Fairbanks during the longest -30 cold spell. Did I feel out of place! Made nearly twice as much in the Arctic, 20% less in Fairbaks..., I'm working my way down in the world ( and I like it)

Thank you for the advice everyone. Obie, thanks for the great link! It really lays everything out. Looks like I need to upgrade my Aloha shirt collection. No bikinis or dice, but I don't think I paid over $25 for a single one.
I'll let you know if / when I get the in-person interview.

Costco in Kona has some pretty nice muted aloha shirts, great for business men, for $19.99
I try to get my husband one when I make it over there.
