Tim Law District Five
#11
Okay, this is tricky territory for me because I'm certainly not a spokesman for Tim Law. That said, I will tell you that Tim is slated to address the community in the next few days. He's been asked to interview with the Tribune Herald, Big Island Chronicle, PunaWeb and several other media outlets. Although time is growing short, Tim's proposals are few, and all have these things in common: they're do-able; they're affordable; they're vital.

The issues Tim Law will soon address can immediately improve the quality of life for everyone here in Puna, while working within the existing framework of laws and financial constraints. Sure he has a pet project or two he'd like to accomplish as others do, but he believes we have to start where we are and do what can be done today. When Tim outlines his plan I think most of you will agree, his vision is practical and has your best interest in mind. I also believe that Kau, Hamakua, and Keaau, etc, will realize the merit in these proposals and work together to institute them throughout the region. Something can be done and we can do it.
