Other DNA tests have revealed that with the exception of native Africans, the rest of us have mixed with Neanderthal. What the heck else will they discover?

Tests have also shown that modern humans and chimpanzees DNA is 98.7% identical.

Does the story of Kennewick Man tie into the Pacific North West Native Americans?
It looks like more research will be needed but there does appear to be some sort of connection between the Pacific Northwest Native Americans, Hawaiians and Polynesians. I myself have seen the similarities as perhaps many people from the Pacific Northwest have also noticed. An article about the Canadian/Alaskan connections - http://users.on.net/~mkfenn/page3.htm Here's an old Quinault war canoe and other Washington Coastal tribes are nearly identical to this one. http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/1...9bb675.jpg

quote: I just love the double standard.. or is it just pick on the white people..? I just love.... "The Polynesians spanned the Pacific multiple times through the ages and had significant impact on the culture of the native peoples that once populated these two American continents, which should be renamed." isn't manifest destiny or destroying other cultures... Apperently that is considered positive that the Polynesians came, settled, and impacted (sorry significantly impacted) other cultures. Let's not leave out the mongols, assyrians, nigerian, chinese, japanese, or just about every race on the planet. Just like it's a double standard Kamehameha was a hero for "uniting" the Hawaiians Islands. If that wasn't a version of Manifest Destiny, I don't know what is. You might think yourself above the white man, but I hate to break it to you, we are all the same, just the color of our skin might be different.

I never mentioned "White" people, you did. I mentioned Christian and American people.

In our past lives the key to our future as homo sapiens. I had a stunning drea/vision of our origan as species. Near the end of my massive sinus infection that was shaking me like a rag doll.
Our ancestors were a hominid group that lived and ultimately loved in a safe niche in an equatorial tidepool. When we came out we were homo sapiens/Cro Magnon man. Evolved in a safe place where predators were absent. It was such a powerful dream. I actually saw our original family living in their open ar home in the vast shallow pool. We fed entirely on the shelfish and so of our pool. At night we floated together as a family on the salty brine. Our long hair and limbs intertwined we rocked gently as one under the night sky looking up and sleeping as the dramatic clockwork of the universe played out above us with the perfect clarity of the air so clean. We were as one. Then disaster struck and we changed truly into what we are now a highly intelligent creature energetically living all over our planet. The disaster was a fruit just as in Genesis. It was the sweet fruit. Glucose hit our brains like a comet strike. We are now ruled by it. But way back when we lived and loved peacefully as one rocking gently together under the bright starlit night sky. |
