Request for support for Council Bill 197 (Nov. 6)

Punapetah, have you tried BIRC & D? They are one of a few community groups that help organizations secure grants & funds...
These groups can assist community groups that would not normally fall under 501C3 guidelines, but have projects that do - things like community outreach & such.
PARC also does some of this, but have some qualifications (mainly assist marine/environmental projects)

what is this BIRC & D? You have their info? I'll check anything that might help.

BIRC&D is part of the USDA (don't have a clue why); office in Aupuni Center. They offer a lot of services to community groups (even those in the development stage)
