There is a new device & app named Tile to help find lost items.
Attach it to your keys, your computer, anything you might misplace and you can track them through an app in your phone.
In addition, if you have a Tile hidden on your bike, or TV, or jewelry box, and if that item is stolen, you can notify Tile. They will then let all other users on the system know you are looking for it. If someone gets close to your stolen item their phone will be alerted, and that person can send the location info back to you.
Just think if Hawaii PD officers had this on their phones. If they went to a home to serve a warrant & their phone started buzzing, they'd also know stolen goods were inside.
