It only bothers me when rocks / debris get flung out from tires sticking out past the wheel wells. That does bother me and it's a law here as well. You ever see these tards going to get a safety check and they slap the skinny tires on there rig, then after they get the shiny new sticker, they swap em out with the big wide ones. Pathetic, not enough cops to enforce the rules. That's the way I see it.
