add on door openers may be able to be installed they retail for about $40.00 Or a good auto locksmith seems to be your best options

Not what you're looking for here, but related: Hilo Ace Hardware can now copy electronic keys *without* remote.
My Honda key would cost about $90, I assume others would be similar.

*without* remote. My Honda key would cost about $90

Fresh-cut keys *with* factory remote are $250/pair at the dealer.
