Lawsuit for high levels of arsenic in Wines

I know that some well water is naturally high in arsenic. In some places they have to get tested frequently and if it goes over a certain level the water is labeled "non potable" unless its treated.

The safety standards for water should be much more strict than wine .

They are -- but only for piped water delivered by a utility -- bottled water has no standards.
