That isn't a creek, or river, or stream.

That is runoff waste water and the dilution must be incredible!

Even with that knowledge, if the person was spraying the water directly, it was simply wasting the product.


Anyone who sprays Roundup should know that it is for grasses - if you want to kill off other stuff, you mix with 24D, Honcho, etc, which are broadleaf weed control products.

Sorry dude;
It's a stream. It's been channelized for flood control, but feeds the waikea ponds, Hilo Bay, and the ocean.
