"Paying Top $$$ for coconut trees"
#11
I have three I'm going to cut down this week. No one wants them since they have trunks about five feet.

terracore I will vouch for David. He has purchased 9 trees from me over the past month, very skilled backhoe operator. Unlike one other buyer I sold to, David is able to remove trees along fence lines without damaging fence and is very good in minimizing damage to lawn and will level the ground upon completion. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the reference information. I may contact him to see about a trade. My trees for his backhoe work on our adjacent property.

terracore, good thinking. I did the same with David and he did some stump cleanup from Iselle's aftermath on my property.

Almost 4 years later... we sold him two large coconut palms. I can echo what everybody else said, very talented operation. He doesn't do email so telephone or in-person only.

He came by. Wanted two but admitted they were in a diffult position to retrieve.

The backhoe and truck totally blocked 40th while they were loading. I waited for 10 minutes, kept getting the two hands up 'just wait' sign from both guys, and finally turned around and went back to Auli'i and down to 39th to get across, and then back up to 40th. It made me 20 minutes late picking someone up for a medical appointment. Next time, please warn your neighbors that the street will be blocked.

I wasn't aware of any street blocking until I read this so we would have been unable to warn anybody. I will certainly bring your concern up to them if we sell palms in the future. I would have been frustrated by something like that too.
