The UH Hilo is not the only school Tiffany works for. If you are concerned with Tiffany working around children, which I am too, she also works for Kua O Ku La the Hawaiian charter school. Remember the reality is that the trouble that Tiffany got into with the election fraud and property tax fraud was of her own doing but she keeps blaming other people for her predicament.

If you want to know what Tiffany thinks read the comment section of the "Edward Hunt Pleads No Contest at Trial" particularly INeverLeft's comments who is very very very close to Tiffany. [Wink]

i guess one question is why does the Trib allow that person to post such vile, abusive comments? Why have they not been banned? RJ - Why don't you file a quick lawsuit demanding to know the identity of the person, since they seem to slander and defame you at any opportunity?

There is a lack of qualified teachers in East Hawaii. I know of a few teachers (thankfully not many) who offered not much more than a pulse and a warm body to gain employment in that capacity. At least Tiffany has some experience in journalism to offer her students.

I really wish I hadn't. It made my head hurt.

I saw the tracks immediately - they swirled back & forth across the shuffled sand of the path. They seemed the design of indecision, but I am not sure. Mary Oliver

Yes, Tiffany knows every bad word in the book. She can show her students how to upset and disrupt a community in ten easy lessons.

The short answer is...It was attempted. Here is the longer version.

This is how it went down. INeverLeft made internet threats of violence against several people, including myself, who pursued the property tax and voter fraud complaints against INeverLeft's very good friend Tiffany Edwards Hunt. So one of the people being threatened (it wasn't me) contacted the police and filed a complaint. Law enforcement took the report of INeverLeft's Internet threats of violence seriously enough to issue subpoenas to investigate who this individual was. They tried to track the server but could never identify the owner of the postings. Somehow or another the subpoenas came to the attention of INeverLeft and this was INeverLeft 's response to the attempt to find out their identity.

The bottom line is who is this person that the Hawaii Tribune Herald allows to write such things and be exempted from all of their rules whereas the rest of us have to tow the line?

There are at least two people in Puna who need a hobby. Seriously. Maybe take up Hawaiian quilting, if they can refrain from including little stuffed voodoo dolls in the decorative squares.

Yeah, okay Teach', I guess you told me [Big Grin]

You might want to stay on topic. I guess voter fraud and threats of violence aren’t important and I should take your unsolicited recommendation and pursue more important activities such as quilting. I am not trying to engage you in quips. I am attempting to answer an individual's question about why I don’t pursue the libellous, slanderous, vile and testy tongue of INeverLeft.

This loser has to be known in some fashion by the Trib. Don't you have to pay for a subscription to be able to post? Or have they changed this as well? I would go after Disqus too. In any event, why does the Trib simply not block the user who is obviously violating all of their rules? Maybe a subpoena to Tiff would shed some light - I bet she knows who it is? I doubt she can afford too much much more in legal fees? Put the squeeze on.

Tiffany was found guilty, which is what you wanted. And yet, you still won't let it go. Is there something else that you're after?

Excusez moi, Tiffany wasn't found guilty. She entered a plea of “no contest”. She should have done this from the very beginning before she wasted her time, money and the taxpayers funds. JMO. This was a case that contained 350 pages of evidence that included prominent people in the community that had crucial information to contribute which would have lead to a forgone conclusion of guilty. Motive and intent could be proven. This is what led Tiffany to plead nolo contendere. The case made it through the county clerks office, to the police department, to the prosecutor's office, to the grand jury and back, where it resulted in Tiffany being offered a sweetheart deal, which she immediately took. The court has finished with her. Maybe you should accept the outcome.
