I just found a semi-slug crawling across the middle of my floor. I just came in from outside and I think he fell off of my sandal. I doused him with ammonia cleaner and he went belly-up. Unfortunately I forgot to check the floor before doing so so I can't say where his slime trail started/ended. I see no slime trail outside the 4" dia. puddle of ammonia so I think he had just fallen off. OTOH he was stretched out full length and crawling so he must have had at least a few seconds to compose himself.

Just went out and came in again. Used rubber boots and left them outside. Looked down and could not find slug. Pretty sure he was dead but maybe he crawled off? To where? Began panicking about mutilated zombie slug crawling across face tonight. Checked underside of sock clad foot.....
