Uluhe Fern Removal
#11
Our neighbor's decided to burn theirs. It's gone now, burnt to a crisp, but so are all the Ohias it was surrounding. It really does burn fast.

I would recommend not pulling unless/until you know what you want to plant, as the Uluhe does a great job of crowding out invasives, and once it is gone they come in immediately. In my yard, I cleared paths with a bobcat, and put down cinder on the paths, and left the Uluhe wherever I could. When I want to plant something, the Uluhe is easy to pull out in a small area.

Ditto Justin's recommendation. It also seems, in my extremely limited observation, pigs don't go trough it -- not if there is an easier path.
