I'm happy my yellow shower tree that I thought had succumbed to the eruptive gases back in May is bursting out in new leaf buds and blossoms! And the LFA on my property in upper Nanawale are gone!!! Praise be!

I have noticed (and was very surprised) to see that no mold is inside of my closed up house, not too far from Fissure 8. I assume the SO2 kills it.

I believe you are correct. Otherwise the mold would be there right? It always was in past years.

Sulfur is a common component in fungicide.
