Without going into the full history of Luquin's parking lot I can relate that Sal tried to get cooperation and some financial assistance for the huge price he paid for that space. Non of the businesses wanting their customers to use that lot felt inclined to help out financially.

Assume the best and ask questions.

Salamat Dan, NYC/Jersey ratio dough, anchovy tainted san marzano, garden basil and ( big ktaSmile mozzarella for standard. We tweak the sauce to match the toppings. 500 no stone / wish we had six. Come ovrer ang get it for free.

Sounds like a cookoff in da making, lets set a date eh? I will even make a keto pizza for us food challenged peps. We will need a 400 + deg gas oven.

Pepperoni,or veggie, or sausage?
Or custom. I love getting together with pizza chefs a d learn new techniques.
