Aloha,
We have good friends on Sandalwood but on the Ainaloa Way side. We are on Lilikoi St.
The White house with green roof. I'll stop by and introduce myself one of these days.

Nancy,
We took a drive over there yesterday but could not find it? Ainaloa Blvd/Sandalwood there is no Sandalwood Court that I could see. Did see a street called 44th went down the road a little and saw a few lot's that had been ripped, one of them had the septic in and a small concrete slab? Is that your place?

We take Uilani all the way to Brookover and turn left and go all the way to Sandalwood...you can only turn left. Our lots are right after the house.

Aloha Nancy...

Congrats on your Permit! Smile

Hope you have a digital Cam and can take some pictures... So are you just buying your material form Home Depot? Or did you get a Kit Home?

We ordered our lumber, piers, metal roof etc from HPM after going to Honsador, HPM and Home Depot with our material lists and getting quotes which we did in several hours and all where glad to do for us. We will buy our windows, doors, tub, toilet and some other stuff from Home Depot. We bought our tools at Costco (great deal on a nail gun with 2 brad guns included for about $170) and Home Depot.

Nancy,
It was nice to meet you and hear about your adventures, You are fortunate to have good neighbors that means alot. Sounds like you and John have done your homework and it's exciting to begin a big project like building a new home but very satisfying too!
