GTILL: Have you looked into getting a retired tour bus? A friend in Puna just got one. It's close in size to a 40' shipping container and has these other advantages:
1.Windows already installed.
2. Insulated.
3. Wired with lights, charging system and batteries.
4. Mobile (his bus is running)
5. Srpings and shocks for smooth "ride" during big earthquakes!
6. Cost $600 vs. about $3000 for container.
7. More seats than you will ever need, with large rear bench seat/sofa.
I plan to get one to live in when building my house.
