Hawaiian Electric lowers rates!

Helco rates are regulated by the State of Hawaii. Has anyone called the State and asked them what's the scoop on the rates?

Since Helco's profit is up, they are not going to be in a rush to rollback their rates.

Letter in West Hawaii 11/11/08 shows the island wide problems with Helco, with the struggling economy the last thing we need is higher electrical bills. Letter under the comments section, also has suggestions on checking your meter.
