on ether of my charter boats if the customer asked to keep the catch they got it, even if they didn't know the rule. I do understand the confussion, infact I'm on my way over to Kona for a few days to go fishing today with some friends, and catch the fish to smoke.

Well, nothing like a fresh start Lack. However, you lost all of the "free days" you did not post and could be added into your average posts so that you could (if you really wanted to) post more than 5 times in one day.
