JP Morgan Chase
#11
Bob, JPMorgan Chase actually was stupid enough to e-mail my client that he was approved but they can't approve the property because there are too many rentals there. [Big Grin][Big Grin][Big Grin] However, loan denial is not done by e-mails. They know they screwed up and that's why they don't even respond!

JPMorgan Chase provided me cash to purchase our Hawaii property. Of course it was actually a refinance of our current home and they could care less what I was spending the cash on. I guess that’s why I didn’t mention it was lava zone 2! [Big Grin]

Seen yesterday how Chase is raising preferred member CC interest rates and min payments. Now granted these were low rates @ 3.99% however they are now going to be being phased out no matter what the preferred members were promised. Some of these people charged large sums at this low rate and now must make good or suffer the consequences.
