SSPP question

So all needs to be done is to call HELCO and ask for the refund?

I didn't have to call. They send the refund without asking but you may want to call them to see if you have any coming to you. My neighbor who hasn't made a SSPP payment in years, gets no money back. They haven't turned his power off or tried to make him pay in any way.

Just talked to Helco yesterday. My ssp is $1700 they are only financing if fee is over $2000.Other than that it needs to be paid up front. Ouch. Oh well it will be paid and done with.Will be arriving Jan 2 to build in hpp on 10th. Cant wait it has been a long hard struggle to get back.
