Yes, he is internationally famous in MMA circles. Some visitors actually make a point of going by his gym on Kinoole, just to take pictures of it and of themselves in front of it. He has brought a lot of pride to Hilo.

Rumor squashed -- the guy who thought it was Penn's house talked to a member of Penn family. They have a house on 6th, but it's not this one and it's not on the market.

Amazing Home in Puna... WOW is the word! I think some people have a small mindset and put a cap on making their dreams reality. I have learned to make things happen by taking action and pushing through the negativity... The Wright Brothers did and so did Walt Disney. I don't see why they shouldn't be able to sell this home even if it is on 6th Ave with no ocean view. With this home why would you need one? Wishing them well and hoping you all take action on making things happen for you []
