That's the most intelligent comment I've read on here in a LONG time.

With five and a half decades under my belt, I've come to realize that my primary source of happiness has always been right in front of me: deep and meaningful relationships with friends, family and acquaintances. Good wine and music help too.

in my world......... I discovered the key to happiness is causing happiness in other people. simple example... in college my life sucked. full load of classes, 3 part time jobs, little money, few friends.....stress, worry, ahhh.. Christmas coming and me with no family.. one of the part times jobs I had was with a plant nursery, and with the Christmas season they were swamped with poinsettias and gift plants to deliver, so I was tasked with deliveries. every single delivery I was met with squeals of delight and joy at the beautiful gift I was holding when they answered their door. by the end of the day, I was unable to wipe the smile off my face.. that lasted for about a week. so, making other people happy seems to make me happy. of course dancing naked in the backyard alone also makes me happy.........

This makes me happy. So I guess being around happy people who are upbeat is contagious.

I have found that using storebought shampoos to fight hair loss are a source of unhappiness.
