Political Traffic Stopper

So much of the median has been cleared on 19 in and out of Hilo, there are now plenty of places where the candidates can have a big sign beside their vehicle away from the road. Since all the clearing, there are spots where people can pull off and talk story. It's still a distraction but it wouldn't be a traffic safety stopper.
