Exede Satellite Internet Installer Recommendation

A promo ads from Big Island Satellite in my mailbox yesterday and jrw's comment above makes me change my mind. Cancelled my order with DISH this morning.
I will contact BIS and also Exede directly next week. Thanks for all of your recommendations. Edited to correct member id.

Update:
Making calls to three Dealers. The first dealer I called was back in November. The installation fee was quoted for $99.99 plus $24 account setup fee. The second dealer charges $50. I chose the third one, Microcom, no installation fee. The two young local guys, one is a trainee, from Microcom came two days ago to do the installation. They are very nice. I was impressed with their installation work when it was all done. So far it works great. Also got the Bluetooth dongle from Amazon on the same day and it works well.
