Wyatt, what incredible progress. Any you met your goal! Whoooaaa. Thanks for sharing your progress with us!

May I ask did you find your contractors by word of mouth or did you use some other means? The work is clean and looks very efficient. We're so happy for you!

Aloha, Mella L

The progress you guys have made is great. I love seeing the pictures, it makes me want to be out there starting my house but alas 5 more weeks to go before we are. Good luck with the rest.

Hi Wyatt,

Great progress! What a great view you’re going to have. Our view is what they used to be called a “local view” that is when you look out the door or windows you get to see “jungle” and the “neighbors house”.

Next Thursday is our start date. I hope it all goes as smooth for us as it did for you. Jerry, our contractor friend, says we should have it framed up in about three weeks! I only hope his estimate comes true!

Actually you’re a cruel person! After looking at your pictures and seeing your fantastic progress, we want to make the permanent move right now! (We still have 2 years to wait!)

Good Luck,

Your progress and house look great! I purchased an existing home in Kalapana Seaview and need to remodel some of the structure. I am planning to live there while I build my farm house (in Opihikao). Would appreciate some insights from you regarding the process you had to go through to get permits, who you have used for the different trades etc. In order to not offend anyone I can call you and discuss realtime if you give me a phone number where you can be reached. I am in Maryland at this point (301) 855-0625 but plan on being in Hawaii in April when I hopefully will be getting the work completed on the kalapana Seaview House.
