bottom line vaccinate to protect new pups before moms resistance wears off to both parvo and lepto - its a drag to lose a liter.....
adult dogs (and people) usually survive lepto and will and get immunity to the offending bugs from stagnant water after the first "dose" (woof and I picking this up in the mountains a few years back.........) great crash course in lepto btw
