The cement patches on Rd one are failing due to the many factors of concrete and it's use.
The good souls who made this effort,did not use any sort of rebar or any type of plastic mesh to hold it in place.Most are failing due to shrinkage and the weight of passing vehicles along with hydrology.
Just a temp repair.
The whole road from D to A needs to be ripped out,gotten up to grade with proper drainage where applicable and repaved.
The cost per lot owner regardless if they use Rd 1 or not should be in the range of $1000.00 each.
can be paid in installments over a years time.
Accrued interest should simply be added and the experts in HA who know this road the best can have a committee of their own to address Rd 1 from D to the front .
Until this happens,and as the road degrades,just rip the pavement out and put drain rock with no fines down and box scrape weekly.
Nothing else will do.
Common sense.
Rd 1 is 5 years past it's prime and on it's death bed .
Nothing but father time will un fix the fixes.

last night at the HACA meeting , some heated moments but nothing to difficult. still lots of questions on the special meeting as it is a first for everyone. not sure how this is going to end , but it was clear that some of the take over people are not clear on their direction .

Yes. I think you'll find that wit, like joy, can only be increased by the sharing. Certainly having some wit would be better than being out of wits as Cindy and Peter now appear to be. same as joy. I do however have wit to share, so they are of course welcome to borrow some.

I do not believe Cindy or Peter had the balls to attend a meeting of people they are personally trying to destroy. Which brings up a good point. According to 'The Rules of War' #1459, subsection ii; isn't there something about the enemies of your enemies?? Doesn't that mean that if HACA are being sued by the McDonald's we should all be cheering the HACA from the sidelines?? Equally, doesn't the allegations of impropriety lose its credibility? I'm beginning to wonder if this all isn't just manufactured doo-doo. Certainly having frivolous law suits brought against them by these two simply seems to put them in very good company. I would even say that being singled out for their particularly unintelligent insults is only likely to increase ones street cred??
