We have also seen these camera's along the PEAR in Hawaiian Acres recently.

Saw a couple of these cameras along the highway yesterday, felt like one caught me picking my nose violently. Could these cameras get a good look at ones face driving or are they used for speed, license plates, and tags? Nice and fancy things like those cameras shouldn't last to long in puna before they are taken or damaged, I give them two or three weeks tops. What we may need as congestion increases and commute times get longer would be a few more easy access bathrooms along the highway or side roads like Ainaloa,road 8, and alternate routs. Yet even toilet paper probably gets stolen in Puna.

Maybe camera flashes were sun reflections as cars drove past.
