That's all restaurants now, higher expenses passed through to the customer.

But who cares? "Tourists pay that anyway," right?

Don't blame the restaurant, blame the county, and state for taxing, permitting, certifying...etc . It all runs downhill. Someone has to pay for it. Focus your agitation at the governing tax cartels.
