I will cite this old rule: Finder's Keepers, Losers Weepers. Sounds like Tom is humanely relocating all (or most!) of the chickens, so he has merely relocated someone's abandoned property. Sounds like Tom was wronged here -- someone took his chicken trap.
Judgment for Tom.
Thank you Glen. I'm building another one as we speak. anyone want some chickens they are down on the government road. Don't tell anyone because some will surely call it a thieft. throw out some feed and yell out here chick, chick, chick. Then get ready to throw net. Should be a piece of cake. Just don't bring them back to Hawaiian Beaches.

Um, my neighbor told me how she walked down our street and released several chickens from burlap bags that were sitting on the side of the road. Is there a chicken fairy out there? It almost seems that someone is planning for future bbq's...
Tom, you should put an add on Craigslist as a chicken trapper. I bet the property owner on Government Road will pay bucks to get rid of a recent chicken infestation.

Damon,
Bingo!!! you nailed it. It most certainly is Nimbi, cat, dog, chicken, rooster, or nutty neighbors. Anything that makes one want to pack it up and move away, I’m gonna try and change it first with peaceful means, but after that the gloves come off.

P.S. Damon the Huli Huli grill is doing great. Steve has been out two times so far and has netted over $1,000 each time. He is now realizing that there is plenty of work to make it pay off big. One more outing and he will have his investment paid completely off and the next one he will start on the profit cycle. I went with him to get him started as per our deal and may go one more time to help out.
I got most of the parts for my Four Barrel Turbo Smoker and should have it on line in a month. This smoke fish is going to make the Huli Huli business small in comparison. The pacific blues will start coming in heavy around March. And I want to have the capacity to do 250 lbs per smoke. [That is about every 3.5 to 4.0 hours.] This could be a lot of fun.
Damon, maybe you may want to do some computer reasearch and business promotation on the side, give me a call 965-1604

Stillhope,
My vicinity is as quite as a church mouse for two blocks. I can hear them chickens a couple streets away but that is minor in comparison to what it was. I have loaned my new trap out to friends and they are cleaning house. Someone is feeding the new infestation of free range chickens with cut coconuts at the old government road. Don’t know for sure but I think somebody is setting theses chicks up, maybe for the pot.
Bottom line is I won the chicken fight, I am the champion, cut me Mick, cut me.
