I did a search for Colombian salsa and I didn't find a proper recipe but did find an ingrediant list that sounds about right:
Green onions
Cilantro
Red peppers
Vinigar
Lemon juice
Jalapeno peppers

I don't know what kind of red peppers it refers to. I have a Colombian friend. I will ask her for her recipe when I get a chance. I don't know much about Colombian food but I have liked all that I've tried. It's different from Mexican.

Devany, are you saying the "Trechas" Jalapeno premium salsa I've been eating is salsa verde? It's great on an omlet.

Oink, it is one version of a salsa verde. There are many variations, some of which have roasted or raw tomatillos. I think that you will find if you just use fresh serranos the salsa is almost creamy in consistency and a beautiful bright green. Another version of salsa verde is made with cilantro and parsley and no peppers at all. The cooked salsas last longer in the fridge, but I like the bright flavors of less cooked or raw versions.
