Can this thread not turn into back and forth between OG and JR, please? Maybe OG wants to keep the heat up but the rest of us would just assume skip a flame war.

Man, you sure are a sandwich or two short of a lunch! I didn't smear anyone, I sure don't have any violations and I certainly didn't throw a rock on anyone's reputation. Why don't you just play with yourself? All I do is provide information here, information that is correct! Like it or not.

If there is going to be a continuation of backbiting which seems to have started with orchidlandguy I will be deleting those posts and allow the original poster's topic to continue.

Not nice to hijack.

Assume the best and ask questions.

hyjacking??? thought Rabi brought up topic and continued to add insults and links. I was replying to his link where he is also under an ongoing investigation in a pending case against him. HE posted this, I just pointed out that he was also listed here as being investigated for since 2009 of violations also. Seems like that was not hyjacking to me.

Also, look at the FLAMING things Rabi said about me in his last post:
"you sure are a sandwich or two short of a lunch!"
and as usual per Rabi another of his sexual slurs:
"Why don't you just play with yourself?"

Guess I am the one who is off base by using Rabi's link to point out he has an ongoing violation when he is calling others out.
Guess he is the one who is not inflaming by calling me names and saying insulting things to me.

OK. I will stop and not mention the link Rabi posted again.
BUT the degrading remarks toward me from Rabi must be stopped also, ya? Rabi often doe the degrading remarks and does not called on it. This is also not ok, ya?

Orchidland, just chill, huh? I used to be the contact person to respond to consumer complaints filed through a regulatory agency. All regulatory agencies (government and professional) must investigate and serve every complaint, no matter how legit. No company or employee is perfect, and sometimes customers are wrong - so until a complaint has been investigated, wrongdoing proved and penalties assessed, it is unfair to assume the recipient of the complaint has done anything wrong. If a complaint is listed as pending, it just means someone is dragging their feet in investigating -- which is a disservice to the one accused, because people like you assume that if a complaint is filed, it must mean the consumer is right and the company is wrong. Often the recipient of the complaint will settle the problem even if the customer is wrong in the name of good customer relations or because settling is cheaper and easier than proving yourself right. In the end, consumers should investigate the record, keep things in context, and then decide whether or not to do business with a company or individual.

I agree that John's final response could have been more diplomatic, but you attacked him with both barrels for no good reason, IMO

Thanks Rich for being a voice of reason here.

It would be really nice if people didn't feel a need to instantly jump on others for any and every perceived slight, mistake or statement they disagree with. For years I had never once read a reference on Punaweb to "calling out" someone. Now all of a sudden we have a bunch of new members who think that this is how we treat each other here, and there are constant postings about "calling out" other members which is getting old fast. It also derails threads into highly personal name calling which is just plain ugly to read. It makes me want to quit reading the thread, and sometimes it gets so nasty I just want quit Punaweb entirely.

Rob is the only sheriff we have or need here at Punaweb, the rest of us should just try to be polite and kind to each other and let him enforce the rules. Calling people out should be left to testosterone poisoned high school kids who want to any excuse to scrap.
