Had an oblivious person moment today at the Leilani/Railroad gas station. Guy finished gassing up his truck, gets in, moves about 3 feet, then stops to text. No room to pass either side, he's practically in the middle of the aisle. I go around the other side and gas up. When I'm done, he's STILL in the same spot, still texting.

yes, mimosa #7 with the turn signals! And if you pull out in front of them, expecting they will turn, but they don't then tail gate you for pulling out in front of them!

7 - People who turn on turn signals at any given intersection,and then never turn and go right through and after intersection then turn off signal.
Update - This is an insurance scam .Mostly done with Caucasians.
They need a new vehicle so they turn on signal to turn and go right though intersection,of course,a person see's the signal and turns and the car / truck / van,creams the person and witnesses will prove this,the insurance will buy the Caucasian a brand new vehicle .
What we have done now,is installed dash cams that have a 360 degree view when ever we go any where.
Holds up in court .
