I completely disagree. December 2nd or thereabouts when this stay expires will reveal volumes about the direction the Court is going. If they issue a permanent injunction, this doesn't bode well for the TMT project. It also means there is possibly imminent ruling. However, if they lift the temporary stay, this may bode well for the TMT project.
