Squatter thieves in Hawaiian Acres
#51
"Let's just go down there and get her stuff back. Apparently law enforcement won't do anything about it. Who's in?"

I'm in! I've considered this and had a few people offer to go in there with me. I am just afraid one of the "good guys" would get hurt or shot and it's not worth risking that over $3000 of stuff. Meanwhile, the situation continues.

Officer Jeremy is back and I have contacted him about this situation, as have my neighbors.

Unfortunately, you can not solicit a vigilantly committee Lilikoa, if you do or even try, you're leaving a trail of evidence that could come back and hurt those who are compassionate to your cause.

Escorts as body guards, as it were but, if anybody was to take it upon themselves, under your watch, to take any action against these thugs, you could become liable, judicially, or criminally and civil.

I think the reason the cops don't do anything is there is no room in jail for these creeps.

Page 41 of the 2014 PSD report shows inmate populations throughout hawaii/Arizona.

..in 2016 I don't imagine it's any better.

Let CCA come over here and build a 1500 bed facility... the cops will be busy keeping it full.

..What would King Kamehameha do..

I'm not. That's why I said it's not worth someone getting hurt over this. I'm done writing stuff here. This is scary. I do NOT support or endorse any vigilante committee! Stay safe everyone

just dump a box of nails in front of their driveway everyday. costs a couple dollars. maybe invest in some eggs and let them get nice and rotten.

No one is suggesting vigilantism, just retrieving stolen belongings from where they were dumped in an abandoned house.

Stop at any grocery store and pick up a box of frozen squid. Put squid in old small cooler you no loner wanted anyway. Leave closed cooler with squid inside, in the sun for 2-3 days. Deliver cooler and place somewhere near the squatter's house, hidden in bushes. Open the lid as you walk away...

I am curious how this situation resolved. A friend who had squatters on his place rolled in at a time they were gone and wrote , "Squatters leave or die" in red spray paint on one of their beaters. They left.
Personally I believe that defense of life and property laws are necessary and we should get on board with mutual self interest and get after the situation with homicidal rage. It's rampant everywhere not just Hawaii. Stand together and stomp this out like needs to be done.

I like the intensity gogould. I'll remember that technique should I ever need to apply it.

The situation has not resolved. The thief is still actively stealing things from people's homes and fruit from their farms. The police get called and then do nothing about it.
