I wanted to take my wife and youngest today to see the 'Quilt Show'. But I'm still trying to learn my way around Hilo. So could someone please tell me where the Wailoa Center is in Hilo?

in old town, the big park in front of the government buildings where statue of king kam is, the round circular building.. what used to be the tsunami museum....
