HELCO had posted a notice in the newspapers that they would be doing line inspections via helicopter, all over the island for about a 2 week period. They routinely use private helicopters in performing their inspections.

The same copter is one used for green harvest.

it did not appear to be doing "line inspections" you know like circling very low over certain empty lots, in certain subdivisions.
