Accident on Volcano Hwy

So about 12 noon I was driving on the hwy and passed the COH weed sprayer near shipman. Trailer and truck with lights flashing in the LH lane. Worker was there spraying for weed control.

At 12:50 pm Robert called me and said I hope you are already past Shipman as traffic is backed up far because some one hit the man/truck/trailer straight on. Rear ended a stationary vehicle with did i mention BIG FLASHING LIGHTS??

I pray he is okay. But Robert did see an ambulance there.

Saw the truck this morning @ mile 2 .. 1/2 way out in the middle of the fast lane. Going 15 -20mph max. EDIT TO ADD : (NO FLASHING LIGHTS ) spraying the cut the day before 2" height WEEDLESS grass with no vehicle behind him for warning ... In a word ... f-ingstupid in every sense. I hope the person that hit them is o.k.

I was stuck in a 2 mile traffic jam headed toward Volcano before the Keaau lights.
WHY no cops or someone to maintain calm???
Come on people, THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
