The 7th annual Puna Sustainability Expo will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 11 am to 3 pm at the Leilani Estates facility on Moku St. Would-be vendors and exhibitors are encouraged to email malamaopuna@yahoo.com and ask for an application. Commercial booth fee is $25 and nonprofit is $10.
The event will be FREE to the public. There will be lots of innovative ideas and products, links to resources, presentations and demos. Many of the projects shown are of the do-it-yourself-cheaply variety. There will also be a lot of plants for the sustainable garden.
