One acre for 19K in HPP

I was out there last week with a client who took a close look at this lot. Someone has cut down quite a few of the trees on one side already, which was a plus. But, the healing center on the next property was a concern, so it came off our list and we are still looking. That price is certainly getting some attention.

(There are a few other REO and short-sale lots in HPP right now. Will be interesting to see how the next few months go...)

You should double your investment every seven years. You probably used the CPI to arrive at the $10,000 figure.
