Fall weather forecasts

It's that time of year when the November rain is not far away... does anyone have a link to this years forecasts?

It is still a little early for most of the fall forecast models I have seen...

La Nina is back, apparently, and supposed to last through the start of 2011. Many of us who work on Mauna Kea are expecting quite a lot of snow again this winter. I'm not sure about sea level though but wouldn't be surprised if we get heavy rains again, especially compared to last winter!

My read on these discussions is below average rainfall into December and above average rainfall from December on into spring.

+ 4-7 inches .. Not too bad a rebound.
