And I don't see Hawaii County allowing a free pass once they find out.

And just wondering how in hell HELCO would know about a private user? Helicopters?

Alex, Our system came out to $5 per kwh, *legally installed* price... and that's before the federal & state rebates which come to 65% & will knock the price down to $3.25/kwh.
