The little one we are bottle feeding is doing real;y well...he is the hershey colored orphan... we have named him Buster Brown and he is designated a pet. He sleeps in the house and I feed him a bottle during the night. He spends his days with the herd but we bottle feed him out in the pasture. Hopefully he will grow up well adjusted. He loves to have me just hold and cuddle him. I whisper into his ear softly and he uses his nose to rum on my chin, my lips and my own nose. Guess I am officially the MOM now. Sheesh......

Apparently they aren't done yet... we have a new single white baby that just arrived.... Letting Mom clean it up.

I am trying to replenish the herd, so I will probably keep the females. The males will be up for sale. Let me know of your interests. They are all St Croix/Barbados mix hair sheep.

You want to talk cute? Try three sheep only a week or less old and 18 first graders. They held, they patted, they were mercifully calm, all smiles from ear to eat. It was GREAT!

Looks like one of the new babies has scours... momma won't feed it regularly and it won't take a bottle. Hoping for the best..... Anyone want to try bottle feeding a baby? If so, it is yours...
