They would be fairly inexpensive to ship if frozen.

I will remove myself from the Punaweb list. I do thank the few of you that offered advice as far as oink and bullwinkle, I won't subject myself to your insensitive comments. Such ashame. I hope people such as yourself are not in the majority. One of the reasons I would like to retire to HI. is that most people seem to represent the aloha spirit.

I apologize if my receding hareline joke offended. I personally found it kind of Bunny.

vpjazz,
No need to go, just put on your flack vest around here, not everyone will be as soft and fuzzy as your bunnies. Having pets can be a bother, but it can be worth it even if you step in a pile of crap now and again. And Greg, it was bery bunny!

Sorry if I offended - but I am quite serious - having spent lots of time in costa rica - and I'd be there if I thought my property rights protected - but that is another topic altogether
I do think our puna rain forest barren without big parrots or monkeys - if I were king..... Welcome to Puna and the web

Come back vpjazz. Sometimes you do have to put up with more than just a factual response, for some people this group is also their only entertainment, or so it seems.
Life goes on, with you or without you.

I had no intent to offend. Simply an attempt at a little humor. I've raised food rabbits, I've hunted rabbits and I've had pet rabbits (Belgin Lops). Even moved to Florida with our rabbits. They were the hit at the rest stops. We had them on leashes to do their "business." I know they can make lovable pets. But seriously, you can't really be offended by an internet comment made in jest about pet rabbits.

Well, if the OP has gone away, I guess I won't tell them how I just brought in six angora rabbits last week. These things will never run loose in the wild, without weekly brushing they get tangled up in their wool and can't move. Easy dinner for mongoose and snack sized for the neighbor's dogs. Still, they have amazing wool and I hope for some great yarn from them. Fuzzy fuzzy angora yarn!
Actually, if they are bringing pet rabbits to Hawaii, I know of a couple of major road blocks they should know about - but! They've gone away. Oh wellos! Kurt Wilson Kurt Wilson |
