2006-2010 predictions looking back

Which ones came true and which ones havent?

I was looking back trying to find that 43 page real estate thread to see what every one had predicted, and couldnt find it.

In doing so I saw where one person predicted the Long's going into the "new" keaau shopping center than hasn't been done yet ( predicted in 2008 thread).

Any other predictions we can find to laugh at or find the truism in for the past few years? Doesn't have to be real estate themed.
