Interesting.

Please look at the website, then remember the issue about the road being privatized, the other details, etc... We all know which road, in Kau. Does it now make some more sense?

I have been lurking here forever and I don't have a clue as to what I am to understand what you are posting. I hope you can clarify your intentions.

Sadly, people actually fall for that stuff. Someone will end up giving land for them to make a hippy commune on.

In an idealist way, I applaud them. I would love to have a sustainable, green life. In reality, I cannot afford such trappings. As for the whole "everyone is equal" thing, not so much. Everyone is CREATED equal, regardless of color or creed. Their own choices make them unequal.

(sorry if this seems like an angry rant. I haven't been able to sleep for the last few days)

I find it interesting that the photos are all stock photos clearly taken on the mainland (the people and plants shown are not from Hawaii). Not a single visual hint that this is going to happen in Hawaii, along with all the vague platitudes in the copy which gives NO specifics, makes me wonder where this is actually envisioned to happen.

Before sending money to a claimed 503c its always wise to check with the IRS to see if indeed they have the exemption.

Yes, Bullwinkle, I checked the IRS search and there is
no Project Indigo listed. The closest I can come up with
is "Indigo Village Educational Foundation" which has an
Encinitas, California address - and that one is real.

Again, thei Kau road agenda with this guy.
MDD7000 has some kind of thing out for silverpenny and is again exposing a name of someone here on punaweb.
MDD7000 is obsessed with this.
Move on.

I don't quite see the fascination with the Kau road issue. It was thoroughly examined by the council and resolved by the council. No one unelected person made the decision. The council agreed with some parties/positions and disagreed with others. Done deal.

I don't quite see the fascination with a web site promoting what appears to be an altruistic effort. Thousands or millions of web sites seek donations for various purposes. If you believe in free open use of the internet what's the problem? Caveat emptor.
Assume the best and ask questions.

No fascination with the road. It is simply another tie-in to the "non-profit" and the landowner at the end of the road that is asking for donations.

So what? Are you trying to make a connection for some purpose?
